When you pick-up your order at one of our stores:

We allow you the convenience of picking up your order at our store location. When you arrive, please be prepared to positively identify yourself. This includes legal proof that you are over 21 (driver's license or passport). We also require that you bring the credit card you used to purchase goods on the site with you. This is an added security measure to reduce credit card fraud which helps us keep our prices so low.

Wine vintages and quantities can not be guaranteed. Wines labels may change from vintage to vintage. If quantity can not be met, Wine By Numbers will immediately refund the quantity that is unavailable. Wine By Numbers will fill the order with the currently available vintage on a first in - first out basis. We reserve the right to substitute current vintage whenever necessary, unless a specific request is made.

For your protection: We will not ship/deliver any orders if we are unable to verify that your information matches your credit card.
We will not accept any returns of online orders.
We will not accept returns or give refunds for any "special order" items that are undeliverable or fraudulent.
We will not deliver to an adress other than your credit card address, unless it is your place of business and you are there to provide ID and Credit Card used for processing.
We will not deliver your order to anyone under 21 years of age.
